Plunify releases beta cloud computing platform for FPGA design

Web browser-based access to FPGA software and server resources for hardware designers

Singapore, June 1, 2010Plunify Pte Ltd, a provider of cloud computing solutions for chip design, launches its free Beta Program for hardware designers to use FPGA design capabilities like simulation, synthesis and place-and-route on a cloud computing network. Via a web-browser interface, users are able to compile FPGA designs without having to obtain, install and maintain software and IT resources. This is the first time that hardware designers will be able to do FPGA design on an on-demand, scalable platform with industry-standard tools.

“We would love to hear from users on how much they like or dislike this platform, and how it can be improved to serve their design and verification needs,” said Kirvy Teo, Director of Product Development, Plunify.
